Levi's® Stadium is the Home of the San Francisco 49ers and the premier sports and entertainment venue in the world. Levi's® Stadium is known for being the most high-tech stadium in the world and was officially recognized as Sports Facility of the Year by Sports Business Journal in May of 2015, and followed that award one month later by being named Venue of Year by The Stadium Business Awards in Barcelona, Spain.
What is an SBL?
All seats in Levi's® Stadium will be sold through a Stadium Builder's License (SBL). An SBL gives you the exclusive right to purchase 49ers season tickets and gives you priority access to other events at Levi's® Stadium. A Stadium Builder's License is a one-time fee that provides the following benefits:
Ownership
Own your SBL for the lifetime of Levi's® Stadium
Transferability
You have the right to transfer your SBL to a member of your immediate family or to a third party.
Right To Sell
You have the right to re-sell your SBL to a third party.
Access
As an SBL owner, you'll have exclusive opportunities to purchase tickets to other events hosted at Levi's® Stadium prior to the general public.
Membership
There are many benefits to owning a Stadium Builders License (SBL) at Levi's® Stadium including the right to purchase 49ers season tickets. As a member, you will have priority access to purchase tickets to other events held at the stadium, a dedicated member services team, invitations to member events, discounts and opportunities exclusive only to members.

49ers Museum Presented by Sharp / Morabito Theater
If you are looking for a unique event space, then the 49ers Museum is the fit for you. Walk amongst 49ers greats in the Hall of Fame or marvel at the 49ers’ FIVE Super Bowl trophies. The museum features 15,000 square feet of exhibits on two levels, including 5,000 square feet in the Game space on the field level, where your guests can play interactive games, be the broadcaster or try on 49ers uniforms. Within the 49ers Museum is the 90-person Morabito Theater, named after the team’s original ownership family. The theater features a 40-foot movie screen and 4K projector.
